A. Rental Order and Rental Agreement Conclusion
Rental orders submitted through the online rental service https://www.autosedackyostrava.cz are binding. By confirming the order, the tenant enters into a movable property rental agreement and agrees to its content.
Rental Agreement Content
- The lessor provides the rental item to the tenant for temporary use, and the tenant agrees to pay rent for the entire rental period.
- The rental item will be properly inspected by both parties at the handover location.
- If a defect is discovered, the tenant must notify the lessor immediately.
- The tenant agrees to return the rental item on time and in the condition in which it was received, taking into account normal wear and tear.
- In case of destruction, loss, or theft of the rental item, the tenant will pay an amount corresponding to the price of a new rental item, due within 10 days from the expected return date.
- In case of early return of the rental item, the difference in rental price will not be refunded. The tenant is aware of their full responsibility for any damages caused in connection with the use of the rental item.
Personal Data Processing Information
- The legal basis for personal data processing according to Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) paragraph 1 letters:
- a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of personal data
- b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party
- c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the controller
- d) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller or third party
- Personal data is not transferred to other persons unless required by law.
- When processing personal data at the "Operator", there is no automated decision-making that would interfere with citizens' rights.
- Personal data is stored for the necessary period determined by the purpose of processing and subsequently properly disposed of.
- You have the right to:
- request access to personal data
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion of data or restriction of processing
- file a complaint with the supervisory authority
